Courtyard Estates of Walcott , is a very welcoming facility, home to amazing people with workers who have a heart of gold and love for these amazing people.The people who work for court yard estate work hard to keep these lovely people cared for and safe and made to feel at home. As a new employee the experience working with the residents and the staff has provided a positive learning environment and a amazing experience.

My son works there part time after school and I’ve been inside a handful of times and I have to say it is real home like inside. So welcoming right as you walk through the front doors. It’s well kept up inside and the residents seem happy and taken care of.Its well landscaped and quiet outside . Its right next to a beautiful little pond and bike path.Being located in a small town where the people care so much they are always having events outside and inside for residents and the town.Not to mention how management and employee's get involved in participating in trick or treat for the kids, they make a float for the parade in town along with many other local businesses.They put together an ice cream social for anyone to stop by and get some free ice cream (which my son was a part of).They even orchestrated an Easter Egg hunt for the kids .I could go on and on how this place is well liked and gives to the community and how this would be the number one place if my loved one would need that extra care or heck even myself when It comes time.Overall the management is great and knows how to run a healthy work environment.

I got to visit a few days ago with my daughter. The staff was very polite. The people that live there seemed to be very friendly and happy. Very clean and has a lot to offer. I would definitely recommend this facility.

Had the privilege of touring this community for my grandmother. It was immediately inviting and felt like a home, not a facility. Their staff is very knowledgeable and truly seems to enjoying being there. I highly recommend for any one looking in the area.

The present staff is tremendous! The grounds and the building is well maintained, the staff & management are very attentive to the residents needs and since my mother is in the memory care side now they made her transition easy and very comfortable for her. She is happy overall considering her declining mental faculties and this is due to the various activities and attention given her by the staff. I recommend Courtyard Estates of Walcott as a top notch, clean, caring and compassionate facility for anyone who needs assisted living arrangements as well as memory care!

This place is amazing! The whole staff is so so friendly and they really do care. The place is so pretty and cozy. They have trips, games, exercise, a hairdresser, I could go on and on! I would love to move in there myself!!

A fantastic place for independent, assisted or memory care. Courtyard staff are very attentive to their residents. The activities calendar is full and very inclusive. It would be difficult to find a nicer place than Courtyard Estates in the Quad Cities.

You want to know the process of moving mom into Courtyard and why we chose Courtyard. This may be a little hard for you to hear, but you were one of the main reasons — your personal attention to mom’s needs and our family. You listened to our concerns and took action.

The move was so easy and the transition was so smooth that the process seemed seamless. Mom lived in her house one day, with all the worries and headaches of homeownership, and the next day she woke up in a new, wonderful facility. The headaches and worries of day to day living were lifted off her shoulders. And her 4 children all believe this will add quality and quaintly of days to her life.
