Courtyard Estates of Herscher is a senior living community that bridges the gap between independent living and nursing home care. Assisted living is not a nursing home, but an alternative level of quality housing appropriate for many seniors who choose not to live alone. At Courtyard Estates we will create a service plan for each tenant upon admission. The service plan is updated regularly to assure that the tenant receives the appropriate care as his or her condition changes.
It is our goal for all area seniors to take advantage of the full range of services available. If continuing care needs evolve to include a higher level of nursing services, and relocation is imminent, our trained professionals will be there to assist with the transition.

We give our tenants assistance with the activities of daily living, all within the comfort of your own spacious apartment. Our professional and compassionate staff is available 24 hours a day to help with things like bathing, grooming, dressing and taking medications. A nurse is on site round the clock. You will also feel comfortable in knowing that trained caregivers are always nearby.
