Welcome to Courtyard Estates of Herscher, the area’s premier assisted living community located in Herscher, Illinois. At Courtyard Estates, our goal is to provide professional, compassionate services for older adults while promoting independence, which allows our tenants to maintain or improve their current lifestyle.

Courtyard Estates offers unique lifestyle choices, allowing each tenant to maintain privacy, autonomy and security. Our certified staff is professionally trained and educated in providing the highest quality of care and services, which promote a safe, loving and healthy environment. Our healthcare provisions allow for a wide range of services within a competitively priced all-inclusive monthly rate. We are committed to providing a lifestyle of quality and value defined by you.

Courtyard Estates of Herscher is a senior living community that bridges the gap between independent living and nursing home care. Assisted living is not a nursing home, but an alternative level of quality housing appropriate for many seniors who choose not to live alone. At Courtyard Estates we will create a service plan for each tenant upon admission. The service plan is updated regularly to assure that the tenant receives the appropriate care as his or her condition changes.

It is our goal for all area seniors to take advantage of the full range of services available. If continuing care needs evolve to include a higher level of nursing services, and relocation is imminent, our trained professionals will be there to assist with the transition.
