Apartment Floorplans
At Courtyard Estates of Herscher you will experience our commitment to freedom of choice even before you join us as a new resident.
Prior to move in, you will have the opportunity to select your private apartment from a variety of floor plans. We offer studio, small one-bedroom, large one bedroom, and two-bedroom apartments.
Our variety of housing options allow you to choose just the right amount of space that fits your needs and lifestyle. You are welcome to bring your own personal furniture to your new home, and we will assist with hanging any personal touches you may wish to decorate. We also offer furnished living spaces for added convenience.
Our smaller apartments (studio and small one bedroom) include a kitchenette. Our larger apartments include a full kitchen and patio.
All of our apartments offer individual heating and cooling, cable included.
Private bathrooms in each of the apartments as well as a emergency call unit in every bathroom.
